Improved Gen II Piranhavac Acid Injection Unit Lauched

Transvac launches it's Second Generation (Gen II) variant of the highly successful PiranhaVac Acid Injection unit. New features include:

• The replacement of the stainless steel tank with a composite plastic tank manufactured in PP-Copolymer to extend the longevity of the unit.

• New improved IP66 rated Control Panel which includes a high quality Vacuum Gauge, Ammeter and Wiring Layout which allows simplified hose and wiring connections to both the air and solenoid valve assemblies.

• A Magnetic Latched Aperture Door arrangement on the side of the PiranhaVac lid to enable the 1" UPVC Chemical Interface Hose to be fitted to the unit whilst fully closed. This increases security and decreases the noise down to 30dB whilst the unit is in operation.

• Updated identification, warning and safety data labelling.

• Improved and repositioned manifold and anti-syphoning arrangement for the chemical tank.

• As with Model 2 units, the Gen II PiranhaVac units include the improved Battery, Battery Holder and Air Valve Assemblies. The generic units are all supplied with both UK and US Mains Leads as standard.

New Ancillaries Component Case Now Available:

Customers are now able to purchase a new heavy duty case designed specifically to contain the 1" UPVC chemical hose and the interface connections.

The case is manufactured in the same heavy duty chemical resistant composite material as applied for the PiranhaVac casing and incorporates the same latching and locking arrangement.
