This latest delivery forms part of the Ministry of Defence's continued commitment towards providing platforms which meet the requirements of UK legislation and international conventions as set out under MEPC.174(58).

The new HG200S Skidpack was located in the Engineer's Workshop (on port side) together with two new dedicated ballast water pumps. The workshop (Designated "U" Store) was subject to a considerable amount of re-arranging in order to accommodate the new equipment which was shipped through an opening cut into the ship's side at Deck 4 between Frames 95-102.

The Fort Rosalie installation is the fourth retrofit successfully conducted by Cammell Laird and will be the latest RFA vessel to return to service with a fully compliant BWT system which meets the requirements of MEPC.174(58).

The HG200S skidpack onboard the sister vessel (Fort Austin) was commissioned in June 2012.
